In 1991, Mr. Harrington founded The Harrington Group, Inc. with a vision to help
organizations better manage and improve their quality system. Mr. Harrington’s
vision was quickly realized when he pioneered the first “Quality Management
Software” for Executives and Quality Managers. His first software suite titled
"The Cost of Quality" sold over a million copies. Mr. Harrington’s success was
recognized by INC Magazine who found his company to be one of America’s fastest
growing companies. In addition to the INC 500 Award - Mr. Harrington’s company
was also recognized by Deloitte & Touché as one of Central Florida’s “Fast 50”
technology companies.
Today, as Chairman of the Board, Mr. Harrington supports the company’s overall
business strategy and vision...developing additional software titles, such as;
Corrective Action, Document Control, Material Non-Conformance, Auditing and web
based applications for global operations and supply chain management.
Before starting The Harrington Group, Inc. Colonel Harrington retired from the
US Air Force, and held executive management positions with Martin Marietta
Aerospace, NASA, Lockheed Aircraft, and Pratt & Whitney Aircraft.

Chris Addison

Chris Addison is a highly versatile executive with extensive experience leading
teams in the development and delivery of products and services for military,
government and commercial customers. He is known for strong leadership skills,
establishing high performance teams and the ability to forge productive
relationships with business partners and federal/military/commercial customers.
A qualified DAWIA Level III Program Manager with over 20 years of experience in
systems development and program management, his industry positions have included
Vice President of Program Development-Jardon and Howard Technologies (JHT), Vice
President-Training Systems Division-Advanced Engineering and Research Associates
(AERA), Program Manager for the Navy’s E-6B Interactive Multimedia Instruction
(IMI) program and the Army’s Force XXI Battle Brigade and Below (FBCB2) program,
and Program Advocate for the ExxonMobil and Georgia Power programs.
Mr. Addison is a graduate of the United States Navy Academy and spent his career
as a Naval Aviator in both flight billets and systems acquisition related
positions. He established the Office of Training Technology while on the staff
of the Chief of Naval Operations in the Pentagon where he coordinated technical
and investment policy related to training technology. Other major Navy
assignments included Commanding Officer of the Naval Air Warfare Center Training
Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando, with an annual procurement budget of $1.3B,
Assistant Deputy Commander for Program Support-Naval Air Systems Command, Deputy
Program Manager for the V-22 tilt rotor aircraft, Director of Test and
Evaluation-Naval Air Systems Command and Commanding Officer of Helicopter
Antisubmarine Squadron FIFTEEN.
In addition to a BS in Naval Science (Engineering) from the Naval Academy, Mr.
Addison holds an MS in Systems Acquisition Management from the Naval
Postgraduate School and an MA in National Security and Strategic affairs from
the Naval War College.
