Mr. Richard Harrington, Jr. is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Harrington Group, Inc. (HGI). He will be the keynote speaker at the 8th China Shanghai International Symposium on Quality which will be held October 31 - November 2, 2011. Mr. Harrington will speak on the “Strategic Implications of Quality Management” to the thousands expected to attend.
