New Desktop Software Technical Support Agreements
The Harrington Group continues to work to improve our products and services for our customers with every decision we make and every product we release. Free technical support for all desktop applications will end November 15, 2011.
Two new Technical Support Plans are now available and are currently being offered as a 6-month plan:
Telephone & E-mail Technical Support 6-Month Plan (Gold Plan) - $750
The Gold Technical Support Plan will give you up to 180-minutes of phone support with unlimited email support with a 24-hour response time during normal business hours. This plan includes software incremental updates to the current version (IE 2.0 – 2.1).
E-mail Technical Support 6-Month Plan (Red Plan) - $400
The Red Technical Support Plan will give you unlimited email support with a response time of 72 hours during normal business hours. This plan does not include software incremental updates.
All new purchases will receive 30 days Gold Level Support at no charge. Any customer that requires support after the 30-day free Gold Level Support will be required to purchase a support agreement. Customers that require support above that provided in the above plans should contact an account manager to receive a custom support plan quote.
