caWeb, for Supplier Issue Tracking, is a pre-configured system ready to use, right
out of the box, with or without hosting services. Track suppliers, supplied non-conforming
parts or supplies and issues resulting from supplier non-conformances, delivery
schedules or other related issues. Upload documents or pictures as supporting information
to records as needed.
caWeb, when used in conjunction with our Comport Product, gives your suppliers the
ability to initiate their suggestions or answer a non-conformance using a web portal
designed for this purpose. Additional information can be requested from your suppliers
when necessary, also using the ComPort. Get notified by automatic email when suggestions
or non-conformances have been answered, when they are due or overdue.
