The Harrington Team’s efforts have a strong emphasis on effective Instruction Systems
Design throughout the development process. Instructional Systems Designers participate
in the early analysis of requirements, the evaluation of potential development/delivery
tools, the development of the overall design, the production of storyboards, quality
assurance and post-delivery evaluations. Electronic systems are used to create and
deliver storyboards so the customer’s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) can easily review
and record any comments and/or changes needed.
The consistency achieved through the application of these processes enables our
personnel to complete various tasks in the training development process such as
the collection of 17 DVDs worth of reference data at Ft. Leavenworth for the production
of M1A2 tank courseware.
